As Executive Vice President of Market Development, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Ms. Fox is responsible for protecting the legal interests of Strategic Energy, maintaining business operations within the scope established by law and handling complex legal matters in emerging competitive electricity markets.

She oversees all legal matters including contractual, regulatory and employment issues; litigation; and supervision of outside counsel.
